Hey hey hey, i'm outta things to watch, so then please recommend me something!
Please recommend me Anime with these elements:
- Sci-Fi/Hard Science Fiction plot base
- Suspense on Every episode
- Addictive OP/ED
- Mecha (optional)
- A little romance is OK :D !
- Awesome Characters
- Action
- Cyberpunk

But don't recommend me an Anime with these elements:
- Fanservice-spamming (a.k.a Fanservice on every episode)
- H
- Too-Standard plot
- Long Series
- Slow plot
- Soft Science Fiction (social, political blablabla)

Thanks!

You'll be hard pressed to find all of those in a single anime.
I can suggest some more realistic (ish) mecha anime.
I'd honestly recommend VOTOMS, but it's 52 episodes and the last quarter of it leans pretty hard to the fiction side of science fiction. The upside is that the first 3 quarters of the show are fantastic with some sort of action going on every episode and actually moving the plot along.
The spin off/side story Armor Hunter Mellowlink is also worth looking into, as it's a a revenge plot about a guy taking on the mechs from VOTOMS on foot with what is basically an anti-tank/anti-materiel rifle with a pile bunker attached. (12 episodes)

Full Metal Panic isn't the most realistic series, but its elements add up to make it feel somewhat believable (it's also set in modernish day).
To be honest I don't really remember much about the series other than it was pretty entertaining. It's pretty much a combination of sci-fi mech action and generic love comedy. (2 seasons 24 and 13 episodes.)

The Ghost in the Shell series (movies and Stand Alone Complex) are cyberpunk and highly regarded. I haven't watched the tv series, but I'm told it's also pretty good. (2 movies 2 seasons 26 episodes each.)

I haven't gotten around to watching it yet, but the Patlabor series is pretty much the anime every one talks about when you're talking realistic depictions of bipedal mecha. I haven't heard anything bad about it. (A bunch of movies. A bunch of OVAs. 1 TV series 47 episodes)

I'm not sure if that was really helpful or if they're even remotely what you're looking for, but there it is.

Stop opening new threads just for suggestions! Read others before, then look on other topics, you will find lots of titles.

Since when is it not?

Is there really a need for each person to have a suggestion thread?

No. Someone should make a recommendation thread and stick it in front so people don't keep making them and ask for it there.

But again...
