I'm able to ignore some of the game (until moderator) and has a person that I can not in any way to block her messages

In options, under the "online tab", there is an ignore list. Enter their name in there.
It'd be nice if there was hide online status option that could be overwritten only if you added them as a friend or entered a multiplayer room. I say this as I'm not one to browse feature request and relevantly want to push the issue.

I want to block a person but is not working because block 3 people, but they change their nick and I can not lock

I am to assume for some reason you cannot block the new nickname? Are they making multiple accounts to continue to message you?
Replace any spaces in their name with underscores.
