recently ive developed this issue with my tapping hand(left) where my fingers,wrist and knuckles start hurting leaving me unable to tap fast even on maps that I have FCs on. I tried many different hand exercises and literally have checked very YT video or Reddit post for help but it hasnt worked out i even took a break for like about 4-5 days but it didn't help. Any advice? or someone who has a similar experience before
