Question about mesures from 2 maps

https://osu.ppy.sh/beatmapsets/848362#osu/1774050 This 2018 graveyard map uses multiple red lines to change between 4/4 and 3/4.
https://osu.ppy.sh/beatmapsets/21951#osu/75891 This 2010 shinde map uses only one red line and is 4/4 all the way.

While I know it doesn't change anything for the player (it's only about which beat is the start of the mesure, only visible in editor), which one(s) is right and which one(s) is wrong music theory wise.

The newer one sounds more correct, although the timing is unfinished and there's a small mistake around 47 seconds. Some parts of the song are definitely 3/4.

You'll need to add some timing points to account for the 3/4 sections at 01:39:697 and 02:50:361 just like you did at 02:33:695, but otherwise the timing seems fine.
