Hello fellows

Don't recommend things you don't know anything about. That's one of the biggest mistakes new helpers do and it makes issues even harder to solve than it needs to be.

You want to be helpful but you don't know much about osu! stuff?

That's where I started at, but through reading a lot of help threads over the time I've learned a lot. Also, usually other helpers point out things that aren't correct, that's another way you learn out a little! If issues/questions are about skinning/calculations/game modes/mapping/etc. for example, you can simply give them the osu!wiki pages (in case the answer is given in the article lol). That's what wiki is for!
