[resolved] osu shortcut trouble

Problem details:there is a problem with osu.the ingame shortcuts dont work
when i use them,it just shows the laptop shortcut
for example,if i tap the f8 button for chat toggle,it takes me in to the 'project' window,outside the game!
WTF is up with this thing?!
a question,how to add a pic or video in the 'video or screenshot showing the problem' section?

What is this "project" window you're talking about? If shortcuts on osu! are not properly working, this means other programs you have open might have the same shortcuts globally binded and are conflicting with the game.

tap f8
you will see
what pc or laptop are you using?
im using dell windows 10
and also there are no programs in my laptop that use these commands
only laptop
i wanted a fix not more problems

F8 toggles the chat just fine. I'm using a desktop, Windows 10, that doesn't matter.
Make sure your bindings are properly set in options.
