Sorry for the late reply, my PC was on the other half of the world this month...

[Normal]
Too much overlapping. If you press ALT+ scroll mouse up you will be able to raise the beat spacing, how about putting it to 1.0x for example? It will allow you to have more beats without overlapping their spacing. I've used 0.8x for modding below just in case you decide not to.
00:03:139 (3,4) - Flip both sliders vertically(Click on the slider then Edit-->Flip Vertically). Then (3) x:208 and y:188 and (4) x:328 and y:100 (Those are coordinates so when you click any note once they will show in yellow below beat snap divisor, in case you don't know) I pointed this out so that you use the whole grid.
00:14:996 (4,5) - Again you are cramping up the notes in one space. Space them out so that they do not go back to the middle but to the low left grid box and then you can begin the combo what begins at 00:16:425 in the high left grid box then continue with the combo after that one going to the high right grid box. Click on this URL to see what I mean if you are still confused: Click.
00:21:067 (7) - Do a different shape, this one is weird. Try something like I've done in the screenshot above. And google Delicious Slider Guide if you need help with that.
Lots of more ugly overlapping points I would change such as 00:26:782. You should put it higher so that it does not overlap. At 0.8x everything overlaps if its 1/1 but even if you chose to keep it 0.8x you should only overlap it with the previous note because 2 overlaps make it too hard to see and it does not look good especially on normal, so by putting it higher you are not overlapping it with (4). This is a sample fix for overlapping in your beatmap, try to apply it when your notes are overlapping with more than 2 notes.
You also not fully using the grid. Example: (3) at 00:28:210. You should from now on use the left side of the grid because you just used the right but instead you going back to the right side. Try to fix these sort of problems.

00:15:353 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - They NEED to have the same spacing. I don't think I saw any already ranked map do that, so I don't think this will get through. Same-wise, just because it's Insane does not mean spacing does not matter.

01:12:492 (9) - Spacing the same as the rest of the combo
01:27:496 (5) - Finish at the end

Needs some fixing with the spacing and slider shapes at times. There is quite a lot of overlapping which does not look good too but the beat is good and there seemd to be no problem with the right rythm in this beatmap, so I would say that you just need to focus on the spacing for now :oops:
