Problem details: performance issues

osu! version: Stable 20190226.2 (latest)

Windows: 10 Enterprise 1809 (64bit)

GTX 1050ti 4Gb - Intel Graphic 630

Processor: Intel Core I7 7700HQ 2.80GHz (8 CPU) ~ 2.8GHz

System model: Dell 7000 7567 Gaming

BIOS: 1.8.1

I tried adjusting the Nvidia control panel but it was useless.
Check Task manager get perfomance with GPU 0 (Intel HD graphic 630) is 100%
This phenomenon i met 8 months (nice)

Sounds like you are probably running the game with your integrated graphics instead of your 1050ti. No clue what control panel options you changed, but you should be able to set the default card osu! uses in there.

I'm using GTX 1050ti for osu! and the status as the post continues. These are my settings for the graphics driver of the 2 graphics control panels

Can you post your runtime.log and a picture of your task manager too? I'm pretty sure GPU 1 should be listed if that is actually what the game is using.

Ok, so the game actually is using your 1050. Not sure why GPU 0 is listed unless that actually is your 1050 and not Intel.

Either way, since it seems like you are on an Optimus setup, both your integrated graphics and your 1050 will get some use.

Does it get any better if you enable compatibility mode?

Compatibility mode is enabled and I also get 100% GPU 0. I tried installing old versions of GTX and Intel graphics cards, but they seem useless

In the picture of your task manager that you sent, you were only getting 10% GPU usage. What were you doing at the time? Do you only have issues while you are playing, because you seemed to be getting a good amount of lag even on song selection in the video you sent.

Also, I'm assuming your computer is plugged in, right? Not sure if you mean you've been having this issue for 8 months, or if you had this issue once 8 months ago.

like the video I mentioned, they were only when playing OSU! and something that makes my GPU0 90-100% and that makes the Windows system lag and hot locally, the temperature looks good at 65 degrees, the bios tests bring good results ( SSD, HDD, Ram, heat sink ...). I always plug in the charger when playing the game ^^
latency when I play (no video recording with software) received 2.1.
When I played, I turned off unnecessary tasks.
I solved the problem by bringing the GTX 1050ti driver to the version: 25.21.14.1735
and about Windows 10 1709, it seems to be fine but for latency at 4 - 5.8
