extra: I think that the borders in red tone could be nice, same for the names.
Concerning the names you can put them where you think it is the best, I made the second image only to show you which name correspond to which character but I don't think that they are in the best place in their squares/rectangles (the second per exemple is in the middle of it square, which is not very nice to appreciate the picture.
