Hello !
this is a challenge in my name it's easy.
Sometimes you play maps too hard for your level , and you end up with a bad accuracy/score.
So there's an idea i came up for this year 2019
from the Dark Souls Challenge.

S rank = safe
A rank = calves/calf up
B rank = calf +Squat
C rank = calf +Squat +Push up
D/FAIL = calf +Squat +Push up +Abdos

you can change the program for your own purpose
like make it harder/easier just adding
-ppscore
-accuracy handicap
-other exercise (streching muscle - breathing)
or no doing the challenge this year

Well, if I can't get an A on something it usually means I can't pass it either... Either my calves are gonna be dead or I'm gonna be dead.

I just put the simplest to the hardest for me.

in your case maybe ?
you can do a Pass or smash
if you pass it's safe
when you fail just do anything that can make you motivated at least >:3

S rank = safe
A rank = 10 five finger push ups
B rank = 10 four finger push ups
C rank = 10 three finger push ups
D/FAIL = 10 two finger(your play fingers) push ups

You'll either break your fingers or will never complain about stamina again

a least i can do 3 finger push ups (6 finger with 2 hands)
thanks to the thumbs that saves everything xDD
where's the "thumb only" push up ? XDDDDDDD

98 = calves/calf up
97 = calf +Squat
96 = calf +Squat +Push up
<95 = calf +Squat +Push up +Abdos
