[Archived] Crash when trying to open game

Problem details:
Game always crash when I try to open it but run perfectly when I run beatmap
But then, open the game again and still get crash
(Have check the solution in the past post but not work)

Which skin you use that? If when New Noel, try another Skin for test. Is nothing, try disable "Shader" under Graphics Options".

If an "osu! crashed" window pops up when you crash, please click on it to reveal the crash log and post the contents of it here. Otherwise, you'll need to try and get the crash log from your event viewer. A guide explaining how to do that can be found here: https://osu.ppy.sh/community/forums/topics/638421?start=6231904
