I.b. - You mean "elect", not "choose"?

II - Consider stating how long a period is in or after this point. Also you are using "terms" at XI and "periods" here. Decide on one.

III.a. - consider refering to the "denizens of OT" where "people" or "denizens" are used. I don't like this point floating around explicitly, I'd like qualification to be state implicitly. Change this to define what "denizens of OT" means.

III.b. - I am still not sold on the "shall be stated in OTLaw". I suggest changing it to "as stated in OTLaw". This consititution should have a timeless tense, yet "shall be" implies future tense. As an better alternative, remove it altogether. This document can superceed any other laws written elsewhere. No need to state that you need to follow some other document.

III.c. - same as previous

IV. - Doesn't really belong here. This consitution should be defining the government and the rights of denizens of OT, not stating what laws there should be

V.a. - Recommending to add "bwoah'd" to defined terminology somewhere

V.b. - Just say "defectors"

VI - First sentence, see III.b. and III.c.

IX - This is in the case where one member of parliament obstains, right? Because there can't be equal amount of votes on both sides for an odd member voting. And if so, what if the president obstains? Then this point falls apart.

X - put this closer to III.a. since they concern themselves whith voting eligibility

XI - put this after II. since both tie in together with terms.

XII.a. - "set and absolve", not "give and absolve"

XIII.b - Define a maximum period for which a review can last

XV.b. - and if the official judge position remains vacant?

XXI. - sigh... know what? Just have a point somewhere that says there is another document that serves as an addendum to this document

XXII - What does "which are binding for OT." mean?

XXIII.c. - Kind of redundant given osu's rules.

XXIII.d. - hmmmmmmm

XXIV.a. - what does "pose an unreasonable engagement." mean?

XXIV.b. - "as possible" -> "as permissible"

XXIV.c - What does this entail?

XXVI. - what does this mean?

XXVII. - Isn't this same as XXIII.c?

XXVIII.a - I think osu's rules covers whatever this implies

Reworked with new input.
Some clarification:

This version has been compressed with easier wording and points moved or added depending on where it was natural to include.

Point XVI means that you cannot be punished for breaking the law if the punishable act wasn't in law when committed. Meaning that new laws cannot affect actions taken prior to that law being signed.

Point XV and XIX seems to contradict with each other.

Point XV states: "If no judge is available, the OTParliament may appoint a temporary denizen to oversee the trial. The temporary judge may only remain judge for the case they have been chosen form"

And point XIX states: "Court cases shall be open to the public, where all roles except judges are filled by denizens."

You might wanna check that out.

Maybe you should change point XIX to something like "Court cases can rely on voluntary work of denizens to fill in specific roles except for the judge - which will be designated by the OT! Parliament."

There should also be something stated about juries in the court system part.

You should add something about the court can give direct requests to denizens and how disobeying them may lead to consequences. (Like showing up to a court, etc)

Edit: Also, as point XVIII states: "The results of cases brought up in OTCourt can not be appealed."

I don't see why that is. I think court results should be able to be appealed if there are sufficient evidences found to affect the results in a meaningful manner.
And of course, it will have to go through the OT! Parliament.

Rectified point order

Point V changed to allow for changing requirements.
Point VIII changed to allow for more representatives
Point XV, now XIII: Respectively secures that one is not part of the other and vice versa.
Point XVI, now XIV addressed in XIV.h
Point XVII moved to XIII.b
Point XIX.a, now XVII: Sufficient new evidence and alteration of the original case is somewhat up to officials to define, but should cover evidence that puts the original case in a new light, either by disproving previously presented evidence, adding new context to previously presented evidence and so on. If that presented evidence changes the circumstances of the case in a meaningful manner, it would be grounds for having an appeal case.
Point XIX, now XVII has been addressed in XVIII
Point XXVII, not entirely sure what you mean, but the constitution only states that laws can't be retroactive. I suppose as such, the constitution as well, can't be retroactive. However, I'll consider adding a point about how the constitution can be changed with 2/3 majority in the parliament, if that's what you mean.

A. Concerning the citizen rights and legislative power.

I.
