Problem details: My framerate (which is typically 120-240) suddenly drops to something like fps when in the editor. It does not slow down my cursor speed and everything still works, just at 5 fps which feels like 0.05. I'm not able to press the windows key, alt+tab, or ctrl+alt+delete when this happens. It resolves in around a minute and occurs randomly. Note that this only happens when I have the editor open.
