I'm sorry to ask this kind of question, but when I saw osu.ppy.sh/p/terms, in 2. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OF SERVICE, I saw an STS. I've Googled and Baidued a lot, but I can't find the meaning of this word. Forgive my poor English.

That seems to be an inconsistent abbreviation. Contextual clues suggest that it means "TOS".

btw, someone might want to move this topic to the correct forum.
