[Archived] Calibration problem in mania

Problem Details:

Hello, I wanted to know if it was possible that the keyboard poses a problem of calibration.
I only make 200
I lost 10% accuracy
it's a corsair k55
it's a problem that has happened to me
I just had to reboot the pc and it was good
but it does not work anymore.

it's like I'm playing in HR

or I became a big noob :)

The Corsair K55 is a rubber dome keyboard, so the keypresses are only detected when you bottom out your keys. If you were using a mechanical keyboard (which actuate keys after only depressing the keys about 2 millimeters), or another membrane keyboard with less travel distance, it could take a while to get used to it.

the problem is that I got used to it, but like that overnight I lost 10% accuracy

That keyboard uses the CorsairHID.exe process to process input, so there can be input lag if your CPU is spiking. Try removing all light effects if you have any, and increase the CorsairHID.exe process priority in task manager to "High". Also try closing all processes that you aren't using while playing (Steam in particular seems to cause problems with that specific keyboard), and checking if your CPU is overheating (if it is, you might need to clean the inside of your PC).
