Always take a look at SB load, don't let it reach 5x+ by disable tweening. This will save SB load. Second option, change the .osb manually. But in this case, you should fix it manually.
black.png doesn't need scaling, since we only need to change the opacity. Same with white.png.

To tell you the truth, the SV is waaaaaaay too little, but I like how you express the pattern, it's really nice. So perhaps give SV a big boost, and remap, maybe (because sv+)
But perhaps fix some overlap to make this map neater?
1. 00:40:983 (1,2) - Fix (1) to make it a bit further from (2) so it doesn't overlap, but (1) should still symmetric. http://puu.sh/B1I2
2. 02:25:825 and 02:26:299 - Delete useless timing.

1. 00:29:930 (1,2,3,4) - Fix this by ctrl+j and move (1) to the place it should be. Sudden jump here isn't necessary.

=Taiko Oni=
Seems you're afraid to make a triplet without k, please trim it so it'll be more enjoyable. Keep in mind that taiko will sounds better if it match with music's drum.
1. 00:16:667 (14) - d would fit the best.
2. 00:19:983 (20) - k, the bg music sounds like tatak tadum
3. 02:11:615 - 02:26:773 - You know you can put so many finish here and there. I would prefer to put it every 4 beats, it sounds so much better imo.

Changed everything, on the 02:11:615 - 02:26:773 - part changed some patterns too. edited 15~ patterns from the whole diff to make it less... random(?)

ну! ну почему так! Ну есть не только центр экрана. По краям тоже можно ноты. Смотрится странно. Я когда играл, чувствовал себя овцой в загоне. :/ Хотя! это ранкбл, но просто чтоб нареканий небыло часть паттернов можно бы и по углам распихать
есть места с неровной обводкой. сладеры подобные 00:15:404 (1) лучше строить по симметрии. вот так смотрится аккуратнее

Please remove Thumbs.db from the SB folder, its unneeded.
Suggestion - how about making the combo colours like this

so it doesnt go red after red and balance colours a bit xD

Well, the bg pic creeped out of me first time...you may consider giving a warning..?
Epilepsy warning doesn't apply here, so I suggest a storyboard warning of "This map contains PARANORMAL images. If you are easily frightened, EXIT AND RUN." etc. Just ....well yeah.

Combo colour....make the two reds more contrasting.

If possible please move the redline to 00:00:246 - because of the taiko diff., since at 00:10:351 - the redline and greenline are messing a bit arounf with the scrollbar. We should avoid, if possible, to put green-, and redlines into one timeing section.

Ai ai ai... we have here one obvious problem in the taiko map: Kat has been used as main-beat instead of don
This causes some big structur problems for the diff.. I think an example will explain why:

Examples
00:10:351 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - Here you have used don as main beat, which should be normaly kept the whole song, since the song itself contains this beat
00:16:667 (14,15,16,17,18) - but then you are using the controversy case by using kat as main beat and that makes problems like this:
00:41:615 (130,131,132,133) - kdd d <- this dosen't fit anymore well because it dosen't follow the beat anymore which is importand in this song
00:42:246 (135,136,137,138,139,140,141) - same happens here, so it has been tryed to follow more the background music, but this dosen't sounds well at all because of the change of the main-beat.

At least there are some good parts in the song, but you losed in many other parts the control of your own beats.
Overall the map isn't bad, but maybe you should try for your self to make an Oni2 with don as main-beat, to see if this sounds better to you. If it does, you could remap it and give it Katty Pie as update. It's not a must. Just suggesting you to give it a try first.

02:32 :141 - Wrong clap placement - its at the start of the (2) not at the end, listen to the beat carefully - its just like at 02:27:088 :D

- You can decrease the size of the osz by making all these images .jpg. none of them have transparency, so you should save about 2.5MB if you made these all images .jpg. black and white.png can stay though, since they're the one color, .png is most effective.
- Why do you need a flipped hands image? you can horizontally flip an image in the editor.
