[Archived] osu! does not import beatmaps

Problem Details:

After moving the beatmap to the osu client, the message “Checking if there are new files. Importing Beatmap” appears and that's it. Endless waiting.

Where do you have the game installed? Are you running as an administrator right now/have you tried doing that at least once?

For some reason, I deleted osu, recently installed it again in the same place where the game was installed for the first time. As an administrator, I tried more than once. Did not help.
