[resolved] Can't upload a beatmap I created because it's "not mine?"

Problem details: I'm unable to upload a beatmap I have created because it's "not mine", even though I was the inital creator for the map and the only one to be working on this map.

Video or screenshot showing the problem:
So, this is the map I have been working on (ignore the difficulty names and the other beatmaps, the selected map is the one I'm trying to upload)

And this is the error I get when I click the "Upload Beatmap" button.

I suspect that this is because I changed my name since I created the beatmap. However, if that is the problem, is there any way I can fix this?

osu! version: Stable 20190207.2 (latest)

You have to be the original mapper from the very start.
If what you mapped was a separate difficulty, but has other difficulties from the very original map creator, you can't upload it.

Isn't this what they said in their post?

It's most likely because of the name change, which is addressed in the thread Nigrod linked.
