Hello there, obc! spring is coming near and will start at the first 2 weekends in april.
Before signing up you should read the rules first. There are important conditions and strict rules this time. Players who do not read the rules will be excluded. Read the post carefully.

! 1 Participation:
1.1 Conditions of participation:
? In the timeframe of the tournament your rank should be above 1000.
? You should fc or atleast can play 4.5-6* maps.
? Join the obc! discord.
? Your name on the discord server should be the same as ingame.

1.2 Registration condition:
? The tournament is split between 3 rounds: Quarterfinals, Semifinals and the Finals.
? Each team is required to have 6 players. 4 Players will play in the tournament and the rest are swap players*. We offer an max amount fo 8 players per team.
*(Swap players are participans that are benched players who can be swaped at any time given inbetween a map being choosen)
? The tournament will have 8 teams in total. So a max amount of 64 players can participate in the tournament*.
*(If it happends that a lot of players join this tournament we consider changing the requirements).
? Each team can not have more than one 4 digit.

? In the sign up form please write under the rules agreement "I read the rules and accept punishment if they are broken"
1.4 Tournament settings:
? The matches are played in teamvs 4vs4.
? We use SCORE V2!
? Single Elimination
1.5 Signing off:
? If a player can not join the tournament in time or just changed their mind to join it. Please contact tournament staff.
! 2 Rules of conduct/ rules of behaviour:
2.1 Multiplayer lobby:
? In the multiplayer lobbies, each player must pay attention to the referee's instructions.
? Ignoring instructions or delaying the match several times can lead to a warning. If this happens several times, an exclusion from the tournament can follow.
? Referee decisions are not be discussed and accepted at any time. Complains and ideas can be held on our discord.
? Even if one player does not cope with our rules and misbehaves, the whole team can be disqualified and the other team wins by default.
? If misbehavement on both teams happen and as a result are being disqualified, the teams that lost before have the chance to participate again for the next round.
2.2 Staff:
? All players have to stick to civilized manners and accept this set of rules completely.
? Above all, the referees have to remain objective and should not overreact.
2.3 Fair play
? Every participant expects motivation to win. Deliberate failure of a map or a clear tendency to defeat at match points, for example, to force the tiebreaker, are expressly omitted!
? The tournament director reserves the right to warn or disqualify players for inadequate fair play.
2.4 Disqualification:
? A disqualification from the tournament can be pronounced by a referee. The tournament masters must unanimously vote for a disqualification to exclude a player or team from the tournament in conditions where a referee does want help.
2.5 Osu! rules
? In addition to the rules mentioned here, it goes without saying that the official osu! rules must also be complied with. A violation of these rules may trigger a permanent osu! (Chat) ban.
! 3 Gameplay:
3.1 Bans:
? 2 bans per team.
? The tie treaker can not be banned.
3.2 Modpicks
? A team can not pick the same mod that was played before. Nomod and Freemod are excluded from this rule.
3.3 Freemod rules:
? Each player must pick at least one mod.
? Freemod maps can not be played in nomod.
? The following mods are allowed: HD, HR, FL, EZ.
? You can also use several mods, e.g. HDHR.
3.4 First phase:
? Participants are invited to a lobby by a referee approx. 10 min. before the official start of the match.
? The referee assigns the participants the correct slots and team colors.
? The leader of a team rolls the first ban/pick with the !roll command*.
*(Roll can not be done again if the player does not use the roll command correctly. Its their fault.)
? The player with the higher score may first ban and also pick first.
3.4.1 Warm-Up phase:
? Each team picks 1 warm-up map. This map should be under 5 min. and not over 8* or be unplayable*.
*(Hardcore troll maps are not allowed. Do not ask what map is hardcore troll. We do not want to have a discussion.)
3.5 Second phase:
? The players start alternating 2 maps each.
? After the bans, players take turns picking maps
3.5.1 First to...
? Each round will be played in a first to win 6 rounds.
? A tiebreaker will be played if both teams have 5 wins at the same time.
3.6 Tiebreaker rules:
? Tiebreaker may be played with mods that are given in 3.3, but it does not have to! So consider your mod choice.
3.7 Winningconditions:
? The team with the highest score at the end of a map wins.
? If bothteams have the same score, the map will be repeated.
3.8 Being late on match day:
? Teams who do not get 4 players 15 min. after their match time, will be disqualified.
? The opponent gets a "Win by Default" (WBD).
? The referee always has the final word.
3.9 Disconnection
? If there are disconnections within the first third of a map, each player has the option of repeating the played map once.
? If the player flies out of the map after the first third, there is no request to a replay of the map. Even if the player would win the round.
! 4 Mappool:
? Quarterfinals has 14 maps: 2 HR, 2 HD, 2 DT, 4 freemod, 4 nomod.
? Semifinals has 12 maps: 2 HR, 2 HD, 2 DT, 2 Freemod, 4 nomod.
? Finals has 10 maps: 2 HR, 2 HD, 2 DT, 2 Freemod, 2 nomod.
? The mappool will be announced in an appropiate time on the discord server and on the website.
