Update process.

I have a question about the beatmap editing and updating process. Lets say I updated a map, but not made the update public. About how long should I wait to update. Im asking cause when I try to update in the Edit It says it will delete all the local changes.

that is just your local update, but not the submission update because its not automatic.
for every changes you have prior to submitting the map, you should update the map to the submission system by clicking the same button to upload beatmap / ctrl+shift+u

if you dont, there will be a button for updating the map which will revert to your submitted state and your local changes will be removed
