[resolved] Some musics don't have audio

[SOLVED] Some songs don't have sound/music when i play them
When i try to play Imaginary Places/Hammer o Denpa Song ni Shitemita there's any audio from those beatmaps, but when i play in other computer the maps works normaly, and i've tried to delete osu!.db, reinstall the musics and open osu as an administrator, nothing worked


osu! version: Stable 20181231.2 (latest)

Just USE STEREO

When your Speakers are configured to be played in Surround and you DON'T have a surround SPEAKERS/Headset, it will make some files interpretate as a surround sound, so it gonna play in speakers that you DON'T have, so you'll hear NOTHING. (i think it's just it)

What audio output device are you using? Does it have any sort of dedicated driver/customization software?

i'm using the speakers, and i think not, there's any panel to nvidia sound driver, but maybe this driver is conflicting with the game, because i went into the music's paste and opened the song file, and it worked, but i don't know if nvidia sound driver is a dedicated driver :/

EDIT: I can't even preview musics when i press play button in the site, i'm thinking that's a driver problem, or maybe my GTX 1060 don't work correctly owo

Sometimes headphones have some customization software, that is what I was mainly looking for. But it sounds like you probably don't have anything like that.

Try double clicking on your speakers in that picture you sent, go to the enhancements and advanced tabs and disable surround sound or any other audio enhancements you might have enabled.

How you can see, i did what you've said but it didn't solve, continue without sound, i'm seriously thinking if it's not my motherboard or my gpu... it started when i changed my gpu GT 710 -> GTX 1060, maybe the gtx came with a problem or my motherboard doens't support the gpu, and it's not just occuring only with osu, when i go inside the paste where the music is, i try open the audio.mp3 file and i can hear nothing, i'm really sad about it, the gpu was too expensive, i wanna believe it's the motherboard ;-;

What did you disable before when I said to disable surround sound? Just curious if there is some other setting you found or something.

I was looking in enhancements tab ( http://prntscr.com/mql8ne ) and not in configuration, i'm sorry for taking your time just because i didn't find something that you say
