The division is calculated by the average of player rank
Example:
1st player: 10k
2nd player: 20k
3rd player: 30k
10 + 20 + 30 = 60/3 = 20 <- 2nd division
Each division winner will face the other division's winner 1st vs 2nd and 3rd vs 4th
