Strictly for mania only... which one are better. I just borrowed my friend monitor & play at 144Hz, it feel definitely better but at the same time my plays kinda worse with hard map <- Is this because im not getting used to it or its a thing.

144 is best, obviously.
It is not much worse at all at harder maps, it is much easier... you just need to get used to it, or get better.

how does someone need to get used to higher refresh rate? I would be a blessing if my notes didn't double under high scroll speed.

I dont know but... It feel weird xD
The higher the framerate, the better. I have a 144hz monitor that overclocks up to 165. It's not a huge boost to me because I play with flashlight, so notes aren't moving as fast as higher scroll rates, but I still notice some difference.
