Play area borders in skins

Hi, I have seen recently in a video on youtube someone using a skin that had a border that all the circles would be in, could anyone tell me how to add that to any skin and or send me the files that would be necessary to accomplish this?

Those generally tend to be placed on scorebar-bg.

do you have any scorebar files that have it? if so could you drop a link?

You can just get a skin that has it and copy the files over to your skin.

I'm no artist, but here are some. Some i made myself, and some i found on reddit. They're all for 1920x1080 resolutions. If you use a different resolution, you'll have a harder time finding a good border.

Edit: fixed my many mistakes
