Before I put significant effort in organizing the event and getting the thing to work, I need to be sure everyone is fine with the event taking place at a certain time. I can almost guarantee that either most of you don't want to or timing won't work out, but surprise me if you can.

Rather than doing an "event", it may simply be more expedient to have the court in a thread. That would allow everyone plenty of time and follow along with the spirit of the forum.

I'm down for a thread, not an event.
I'd be down for an event, but I guarantee you it's near impossible to schedule it with the number of people all around the world taking part in this.
