Translation: A device connected to the system does not work

I've never seen that error before but it seems pretty clear? If you're not playing osu! with it, why is it connected anyway?

I bought a sensor bar a couple of weeks ago, I forgot to disconnect the Wii Mote and I just did that afterwards and then I got the error
