Like the title says, I'm thinking about quiting for a couple of days until the 18th because my right eye has gotten to where it's red all the time and it's to the point to where I can't see anything far away. I'm just wondering will I lose any skill from quiting for like 4 days just until I go see a eye doctor about my eye. I know this is a stupid question, but I'm curious.

leaving for a few days really shouldn't make you lose any skill though you will probably have to play a little bit before you get back to your skill level of before you left. But that shouldn't really matter, your health is a lot more important than your skill in a video game.
Why not?
Take a break, you can always derust again. Don't risk your eye or other health.
