one of the first songs/maps I liked in osu,so I suddenly made my own version
I tried to make it look a little old-school,not sure if it's succeed.

consider adding "ending" in the tags since this is the ending of the anime.
you have the change the bitrate...it's at 320 and that's unrankable due to the filesize. change it to 128-192 to show that it's rankable.
the preview times are inconsistent. Easy's preview time is off by 60ms compared to the other diffs.

weird...decrease every setting by 1. the normal diff has the same thing. keep the circle size. it fits with a song like this. about the others...i feel that it'd be a bit too hard for beginners to clear or keep up IMO.
00:06:527 (3) - since you have a whistle at the end of the previous note, i think adding a whistle at both ends sounds better as it plays nicely with the piano IMO.

01:41:073 (3) - i suggest making this a curved slider pointing up to represent the change in the vocals...right when you're about to hit the beginning, the volume in the vocals suddenly shoots up to the default volume.
01:51:073 (2) - i can hear cymbals at the left side of my headphones, so add a finish at the end to match it.
02:31:982 (3) - idk...i can see the feeling in this slider, but it isn't curved nicely...curve it more to give off that feeling to the song.
02:36:982 (2) - hmm...curve this slider like (2). i feel that by doing this, the flow would keep going during gameplay.

00:13:800 (4) - same as above, but not for consistency, but i think that it plays nicely with the vocals.

00:29:027 - maybe you can add a circle or a repeat here to follow the vocals, and to make the diff somewhat interesting for players? since this is the 2nd diff, there should be a bit of a challenge for players for this IMO.

00:52:777 (1) - consider moving this spinner 1/4 up to give players a bit of time to get ready to spin. i feel that moving it here might surprise players during gameplay.
01:00:164 (3) - remove that whistle. it just sounds weird and i feel that it sounds unfitting with the finish for this part of the song.
01:04:709 (5) - similar as above, this time add a whistle at the beginning to emphasize the instrumental in the song.
01:09:254 (1) - i feel that this note should be stacked on the other 3 notes because the vocal tone is the same and it doesn't change until the end of the slider.

01:22:436 (1) - the vocals continue here, so i feel that a spinner doesn't fit in this part of the song. i suggest something like this. this pattern should follow the vocals nicely in this part of the song. you can come up with

00:08:345 (3) - curve this slider a lot more to emphasize the instrumental in this part of the song. you did in on the last 2 sliders so i think doing it here would be consistent.
00:10:845 - same as normal. either add a repeat or a circle to follow the instrumental in the song. i think it'll keep that rhythm of the piano going.
00:14:482 - add a circle here. they should follow both the instrumental and the vocals in this part.

00:20:504 (6,7,8) - same as 00:05:845, but for consistency with the stacks.
00:23:800 (1) - why don't you do an alternating pattern to follow the drums and vocals...let's start with 2 1/8 kick sliders from downbeat to downbeat and from 00:24:709, add 3 or 4 1/8 kick sliders to follow vocals. i think doing this would make it fun for players during gameplay IMO.
00:46:414 - add a circle here because it follows the vocals. the vocals quickly speed up at this part.
00:46:754 (10,11) - this part doesn't fit with the vocals. i feel that the flow is already broken since it's following something different whereas this part focuses on vocals IMO. i suggest a circle and a 1/2 slider to follow the vocals nicely.
01:23:914 (1) - same as 01:24:027 on easy.
01:59:482 (10,11) - same as 00:46:754.
03:36:641 (1) - same as 01:23:914.
i highly suggest that you do manual stacking because i saw the stacks and they are perfectly stacked...if you do this, then it'll be consistent throughout the whole mapset, and same comment as normal about the whistles.
