I don't think it's too bad, 6/10.
There's a distinct lack of cohesive flow, the render's very small, the text could have a better placement, and there's virtually no depth of field. But, that said, I think you're on your way~. It's certainly not the worst I've seen. ^^

The signature itself is excellent, but imo it would be better if iit was a bit wider and less tall

the whole 35° angle thing with the picture on the left looks kinda strange..
imo the part on the right also looks kinda messy; font doesn't match and text is hard to read due to lack of contrast
Regardless, it's not a terrible signature and I love that picture of peppy, so 7/10~

well, what I meant was your font looked very fancy and archaic, like something you would see on the front cover of The New York Times.
I think this part is kinda hard to read.
