General Info
Hello! I am a 4-year osu player with about 2 years of mapping experience. I make this thread in hopes that I can give some feedback to mappers looking to possibly get their maps ranked someday. Mapping is a hobby of mine that relieves stress and the modding I do gives me inspiration for my own maps
By submitting a NM request, I expect that your beatmap is capable of receiving modding feedback. Meaning, you are not a very new mapper and have very little knowledge of mapping mechanics, techniques, or basic lingo. If you are a new mapper and would like your mapping skills to improve, modding requests are not the way. Pishifat makes great videos about mapping and is a good place to start. Modding queues, especially mine, are not.
I'm always looking for new people in the community to talk with and discuss things. If you ever need specific help on a thing for whatever reason or just wanna talk feel free to reach out to me on Discord (Juixe#9645)
How my modding will work/rules
Maps will be put into my queue in the order that they appear. If I like the looks of one map more than another, I will most likely mod it first. Though, I will generally mod maps in the order that they appear.
Some rules
— Submit your modding requests in the format listed at the bottom of this post
— Do not spam maps. If I am working on one of your maps already do not submit another
— Please only submit one NM or GD in a single post, do not request both at the same time
— I can only mod standard, do not submit other gamemodes (mixed gamemode beatmaps are fine, but I will not mod mania/ctb/taiko)
— Depending on how experienced I perceive you to be, I may choose to give your map general pointers instead of pinpoint feedback (or I may do both)
— Maps should try to meet ranking criteria when you submit them here. No aspire/troll/experimental maps
— Extra/Insane diffs will have higher priority over Easy/Normal diffs
Guest Diffs
If you would like me to make a diff for your beatmap, you may request that here too. In order to qualify for a GD, you must:
— Have the map submitted for WIP/Needs Help
— Fully mapped 2 or more diffs
— Be an EXPERIENCED MAPPER. If you doubt your skills please do not request a GD
Following the criteria above qualifies your map for a GD, but does not guarantee it. My personal preferences are:
— Songs that are near or less than 2 minutes in length (TV-size)
— Beatmaps from relatively experienced mappers (mappers who have received general feedback as opposed to specific modding in the past aren't very experienced. if i find that your map requires only general feedback i may not mod it at all)
If you meet all the criteria and follow some of my personal preferences, I will send you a forum PM to signal that I want to make a GD for you. On an additional note, mappers who I make GDs for and those maps get submitted I may want to keep in touch with for future GDs. If I liked working with you and add you as a friend you are allowed to request GDs from me directly rather than posting here.
(Submitting a request for a GD does not mean that I will for sure make a GD for you. I may deny requests from mappers that do not follow the criteria, beatmaps that follow my personal preferences very little, or beatmaps from inexperienced mappers)

My queue can sometimes get very long, so please only request modding help if you are a relatively experienced mapper and can handle criticism. My suggestions are never 100% correct, I understand that, but if you are not willing to change, I cannot help you.
If you have any questions, please send me a PM
Thank you! Happy modding!
