osu! not updating PP counter correctly
Only gave me 1pp when the leaderboards said it was a 4pp play. What?

ur top pp score 23, so 4 pp is weighted to 1 raw pp. I think this is what happen

Winnyace is correct. I just wanted to add that you can even see in the second row of your own picture that overall you gained "0pp", likely because the score was actually weighted less than 1pp (performance points can be decimals).
