This may be a bit oot, but for anyone that's wondering why Gwelawyr is restricted, you should check out the multiple threads on him on the osureport subreddit and see for yourself. (all of them are about his standard plays though)

Underrated player with a lot of Fc, no-100% plays who keeps the forum active and somehow does not play in march. Overall, seems like he has the spirit to challenge himself.

My information's a bit old, but this guy improved quite a lot back when he was active and surpassed me in a short period of time. Has potential to become a very good player (not that he isn't already, but definitely can do much more). See ya in summer :3
