01:08:938 (3) - I don't know, maybe is better make it curve too. maybe there is no sense in making a single staight slider like this there.
01:21:594 (2,3) - maybe you can make this blancked a bit better
01:16:907 (4) - maybe just move this 1 grid down to make it symmetric with the previous one
01:25:813 (2) - just move the last point of the slider one grid up for perfect blancket (just if you want to be veeery precise XD)
01:27:219 (4) - move this to x:248 - y:260 for perfect blancket
01:41:282 (3) - just one grid down without grid snapping >.< (always very little things)

Not a mod, but I definitely feel like the circle size needs to be bigger on Insane. Jumpy maps don't really tend to have a high CS value, and those that do are usually absurdly fast. I don't think it fits the difficulty of the map. This is an opinion from me, so don't feel like you have to apply it, but if other people have also said this, bear that in mind.

It's actually not on a 4/4 tick and I'm not interested in change this at this time.

I think that AR on Insane should be a bit higher. I know that might sound like I just can't read lower AR, but I'm fine with AR7 and 8 on most maps. Not this one, though. I tried to set it to 8.5 and it seemed much better. Also, if you set CS to 4, than AR 8 is fine, but I've seen you rejecting that.
