Hi! Could you possibly provide examples where I could change the hitsounds? Thanks.
Aurele
Shure,
lemme see what I can do.

Star'd for now.

hello, just saw this on #modreqs and I wanted to mod it ;3; also for Amy

[General]

  1. First at all, the timing feels a bit weird at start and end of the song, the main part (about 2 minutes or something) so Ill give this timing
Add an uninherited timing point to 00:27:690 (red point with current bpm, the offset should be changed to 27700, dont forget to move your green timelines too because of your sliders may get bugged since you have a slider multiplier there
Then go to the first timeline and change it offset to 1285, re-snap all notes and green timelines
Add other timeline on offset 26268 (for those drums)
Another red timeline is needed on offset 87065 with a BPM of 145,425
Back to previous bpm on offset 120058 (145,533 BPM)
Last BPM reset on offset 199235, same bpm ↑
Also you must re-check your notes some of them may get snaped weird because of many bpm changes
    Check your green timelines carefully
But check the mod first, Ill make my suggest with current map
  2. You need a [Normal] diff, currently rules says that you must have all the mapset filled.
  3. Add "back to black" tags since is the album where this song comes

[Hard]

Well as you have not used many hitsounds Ill make you a sample about how I think this song should be hitsounded, the sample is here, feel free to use the same or make your own mix, but please use moar hitsounds to this sond, the sample is just a simple clap every 2 white ticks and next to that clap a whistle on next red tick, and some finishes here and there
So, lets see the notes and placement for now
  1. 00:07:490 (2,3,4,5,1) - nice hitsoundset change, maybe rise the volume to ~70%
  2. 00:21:201 - maybe you should move this timeline to the start of 00:21:098 (1), the end of this slider is unsnaped
  3. 00:44:397 (2) - the end of this slider is getting covered by previous 00:43:366 (1), maybe rotate 18º clockwise with origin selection centre (ctrl+r to get into the rotate tool if you dont know how to get it)
  4. 00:50:789 (1) - the first repeat is getting a bit covered by 00:49:964 (9)'s hitburst, place it away from it, that way you are going to get a moar clean slider
  5. 00:56:356 - maybe add a circle here?
  6. 01:20:274 (12) - place this on a simmilar distance from 01:19:449 (6) to 01:19:655 (7), this way it would be moar concistant and readable
  7. 01:22:748 (4,7) - improve stacks of this on 01:22:130 (3)'s end
  8. 01:51:615 (5) - this slider is getting covered by 01:50:996 (3)'s hitburst, currently I played this some times and I always think that it was just a circle, please make this slider moar visible
  9. 01:58:419 (3) - make this on the same spacing that you used from 01:56:769 (1) to 01:57:594 (2), see that this 2 last pointed are barely touching themself
  10. 02:48:729 (5) - a spacing issue, maybe add a new combo to null this or select all combo 02:48:729 (5,6,7,8) and ctrl+h -> ctrl+j it
well nice rhythm, simple and funny I loved those soundset changes, but please use moar hitsounding >_<

[Easy]

  1. 00:01:304 (1,2) - stack are not recomendable for an [Easy] diff, but you are using it on a next combo, so maybe newbies can read it, but is recomendable to dont use stacks
  2. 00:04:603 (1) - make this slider end dont touch the previous circles
  3. 00:06:252 (1) - please use common 0,8x spacing to locate this slider, [Easy] diffs are suposed to have the same spacing on whole map
  4. 00:11:201 (1,1) - same for copy paste ↑
  5. 00:14:500 (1,2,1,2) - please remove the whistle from slider body, sounds bad
  6. 00:24:397 (1) - it will get covered by hp bar, please locate this moar down
  7. 00:26:046 (1) - spacing
  8. 00:27:696 ~ again please try to dont use stack on [Easy] diffs
  9. 00:40:067 (4) - so close to hp bar
  10. 01:23:779 (1,2,3,4) - four circles in a row may be tyring for newbie players
  11. 01:50:171 (1) - copy paste this for next 01:50:996 (2,3)
  12. 01:53:470 (1) - the overlap with previous 01:51:821 (3)'s hitburst dont looks so good
  13. 02:59:451 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - remove slider body whistle please
well this diff is, lets say "ok", but now playing it is a bit boring, just 1/1 circles/sliders, play moar with placement, leave empty spaces on notes like 00:01:304 (1,2,1,2,1,1), this make it moar interesting, even newbie players may get bored, think about this please, make nicer patterns and locations

that is all for now, I hope you can finish the hitsounding and check to your [Easy] diff
star for Amy, maybe can make [Normal] D;

Thank you so much for your suggestions! I'll take a look at the maps in a bit and I'll start making a Normal difficulty. Will resubmit and rerequest once I'm done with the changes.

So according to the rules, I can use just one Easy/Normal map and it will be fine, so that's what I'm going to do. I suck at making easier maps fun, so maybe if I have more star leeway with Normal difficulty than Easy, I might be able to make a better map.
