about track 13 kiaitime i think current is already correct
i count every 16 beats it call somethings ( sorry i don't know this )
it's
start kiai time > 16 beats > 16 > 16 > 16 > 16 > 16 end kiaitimes > and 8 beats > transition change
i think my kiaitime is already correct in term of music.
no change this sorry.
( this is best as i can explain this i don't know much about music theory )

No really, why was this allowed? My eyes hurt after trying this, no kidding.
I remember there was a rule about don't overuse kiai time, or about putting a warning in maps with pulsing lights (in this case the kiai pulsing all the song).

i found the map very repetitive and bad (apart from frostmourne's parts) but this isn't related
the kiai should be really checked. it hurts my eyes after a while and there have been maps unranked in a very recent past that had the same problem.
