Problem details: I emailed osu support to ask about changing my name and they said yeah I could have the name as the account got banned I go to change it to that and it says username taken and they won't respond to me about the situation any ideas on what I'm supposed to do?

Contact accounts@ppy.sh for account issues. This isn't the right place to request help for account problems

I did contact them and they won't respond to me anymore so I thought I'll ask the forums.

Anyway I thought their email was osu@ppy.sh

For account problems you should do accounts@ppy.sh You might want to try this email because you will get a response eventually. There is a thread pinned showing what you should and shouldn't be post.
