Yes, you should go see a doctor. Hand swelling and pain isn't normal. Please stop playing this game.
If it doesn't go away after a break you should see a doctor. I can't exactly tell the cause of the problem though, even though I have experience in first aid.

Seriously tho, do go to the hospital or clinic and see a doctor for it to be checked. Don't ignore it if it makes you feel uncomfortable.
