Welcome to Dolphin’s Winter Tournament!

Some Stuff

This is an Osu! Standard 1v1 single elimination tournament.
The entire tournament will be played in Scorev2
The rank range is 10-30k, with a buffer range of 500. Players must be within this range at the time of registration, and registration end.
Joining the Discord is mandatory. https://discord.gg/YEN6dsH. Please change your Discord nickname to match your Osu! username.
Links to the schedules and pools will all be available in the Discord.
Any player who we decide appears suspicious will not be allowed to play.
Staff members may participate as long as they were not involved in the creation of the map pool, and fit the other requirements.
All matches will be held on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays.

General

Players must respect each other and staff members. Players and staff members that are disrespectful will only receive one warning before being removed from the tournament.
The Tiebreaker map acts as a Free Mod, however players may choose to play the Tiebreaker without mods.
Free Mod maps require each player to use at least one mod. These mods include: Hidden, Hardrock, Flashlight, or Easy.
The referees will create the lobbies ~10 minutes before the scheduled time, and send invites to the players. If you do not receive an invite 5 minutes before your allotted match time, post in the discord. Players must be in the lobby by the scheduled time. If a player is not present, 10 minutes will be given, and if the player is still not present, they will be disqualified. Exceptions may be made in specific cases. Referees always have the final say.
Warmups are allowed during Ro32 and forward, but must be less than 5 minutes.

Qualifier Stage

Qualifiers will be played in the event that more than 32 players sign up. There will be 5 maps in the qualifiers (2 NM, 1 HD, 1 HR, 1 DT), and all players who have registered will play through the pool in their assigned qualifier lobbies (Lobbies will be assigned based off the availabilities that the players provide). All lobbies will be played in head to head mode and the pool will be run through twice during the lobby. If players are confident in their scores, they are allowed to leave the lobby any time after the first play through of the pool has concluded.

The qualifier scoring system will be as follows:
For each map you play, you will be awarded a number of points based on the rank that you have obtained for a map. For example, if you have placed 2nd overall for a certain map, you will get 2 points for that map, if you place 27th on that map, you will receive 27 points. Your overall results for the qualifying round will be based off the total number of points you obtain during the round. Therefore, the 32 players with the least number of points will advance to the knockout stage, and all other players who have accumulated more points that the 32nd player will not move on. (Bigger example: Player A gets 2nd for NM1, 10th for NM2, 5th for HD1, 18th for HR1 and 3rd for DT1 -> player A will receive 2+10+5+18+3 = 38 points)

Ro32

Players will be seeded into a 32 man bracket based on their performance in the Qualifier Stage.
Ro32 matches will be best of 7.
Both players will receive one ban, order being picked by !roll
