Problem details: I cant sign up on my new computer

I tried since 2 days to sign up on my new pc but it doesnt approving my account
Help me pls

Today I tried signing up too, but it says "bancho authentication failed. please check your username/password by clicking the user pane on the main menu"
I'm pretty sure I'm typing my login correctly.

I'm not sure if you meant to type "sign up", but if that was intentional, just know that you can only have one account. Creating more than one is against the Rules. If you meant to say "sign in", do any error messages pop up at the bottom right of the screen? What exactly is preventing you from signing in?
