It's just not that hard to change a note here and there or a slider shape to make it look different... my mapping style has tried to deprive itself of copy and paste, check something that i've done more recently.

Hmmmm... the combo switches here are a bit awkward. The consistancy of them break whenever there's a slider. I don't know what to say though... knowing the slider is "part" of the new combo, I'd have tendency to change it there instead of changing it randomly after. I'm pretty sure you'll find it works better, too! (After you've changed the offset), try to keep combo changes on big white ticks as much as possible. I try to follow the lyrics, as I mapped this differently from the rest of the set combo wise.
00:33:948 (1,1,1,1) - WHAT THE F_. One combo here. This is a bad joke! come on now, you don't think this is good? I do!
01:49:766 (4) - You could put something nice here instead of this long slider that could match the song better. It's symmetrical part though is perfect as is.

- Same comment about the combo placement feeling very weird (as in Pennies difficulty). There really has to be a better way to arrange your combos here. It kinda lacks in consistancy as there's very short and very long combos. Maybe it's just that I have a very hard time to understand them though... but I would like to if you may explain! There's very short and long combos due to the style of the music. I try to keep consistency within the beat and the lyrics if possible.

People with lower HP at this section would end up failing without these NC's. This is a better substitute than an actual break that wouldn't make sense, don't you think?
