You're going to have to take a look at the actual osb for this.
  1. Your background is being displayed twice: once in the osu file, and again in the osb file. Put the background in the osu file and under the "background" layer in the osb file. Order it to fade in/out there when you want to see it. This will reduce your load 2.0 for the map.
  2. You've got one extra noise.jpg animation in there that does nothing.
  3. Please use the background layer when appropriate. It helps TONS. Stick your actual backgrounds there (including the original background, begraund.jpg) and use that. This will cut 1.0 out of the SB load.
  4. There is never any need of a dedicated "black.png". If you use white.png and color it to "0,0,0", it will be completely black. Or you can use your background. Or anything. Any image that is colored to "0,0,0" will be black, except if it has transparency. Note that you can also fade out everything and use that black background instead. It doesn't work if you have more than one image though.
  5. noise.jpg looks just awful. I made you 3 more. Use them as you will or remake your own so they all have different noises in them. If it's too bright, fade them out some more. http://puu.sh/x9Up
  6. the noise animation in the beginning should be faster. something under 10 fps, try 57 ms (which is the same time of a 1/8 note).
  7. the slow noise animation looks like it should be in time with the music, but isn't. Try 231 ms or 462 ms to keep in time with the music.
  8. Personally I think it'd be cool to put 3 layers of stars in the scrolling background. There's a couple ways to do this, the easiest being 2 more images with additive blending, and the hardest being SGL.
  9. I don't like it when different scrolling images scroll in the same direction. It would be better if the second one scrolled to the left instead of to the right.
  10. bg2.jpg moves awfully slowly to signify the new speed of the song. Here the extra stars would come in really handy, as they could zip by really quickly, and it's really easy to loop it. Alternatively, find more wallpapers and scroll through them faster.
Also, why do people like it when the colors blend into the background so much?

  3. The Taiko, Novice, and Basic diffs have unsnapped notes (and lots of them) please resnap.
  4. Nice storyboard and use of combo colors~

  2. 00:11:883 (2) - You sure you want to stack this note? Take a look at the timing of your other stacks [ 00:13:268 (4,5,2,3) ] I'd say unstack it please~
  3. 00:40:960 (1,2) - ^
  4. 00:45:113 (8,9) - ^
  5. 00:54:345 (1) - Same thing here that mentioned in the first suggestion
  6. 01:22:891 - Please add a note here. The next slider can easily be hit early. It's hard to read spacing like this and newer players are not experienced enough to be able to read by just the approach circles.
  7. 01:35:855 (2) - There is note enough time here to see the second repeat, and newer players will not expect a slider to have more than one repeat especially since this is inconsistent with the other sliders. Please shorten this by one repeat.

  1. 01:14:883 (4,5) - Please make this a slider, its a bit confusing considering your previous stacks. You could also swap the location of this with 01:15:229 (6) instead. The slider will help guide the player to the timing pattern that you have here.
  2. 01:37:363 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - These do not play well at all. Either stack everything or change (2,3) and (5,6) into sliders, or change (1,2,3) and (4,5,6) into twp repeat sliders.

Didn't 31 already explained how he mapped that part? Personally I don't think that part sounds that bad. (Yeah it can be felt like random, but at least some compositions can be seen too.)

Anyway, bass might want me to mod this, but as I know mapper's intention and understands it, I cannot do much mod on the stream part. The problem is, MAT think that stream part is a not so good so it won't be so helpful to get you a bubble, huh?

00:03:683 (5,6) - Remove these two notes. Since every section except this one is being progressed upon, you can fix that by just following the synth.

00:04:260 (8) - Consider changing to don. There's no pitch change on this note compared to the previous (unless you were directly trying to accentuate the radio noise) so there's no real reason to switch to a kat here.

00:05:760 (14) - Consider changing this to don? I think it leads into the next don better and has a bit better flow than a kat here.

00:06:106 (16) - Change to don. Same reason as 00:04:260.

00:07:606 (23) - Change to don. Same reason as 00:05:760.

00:07:952 (25) - Change to don. Same reason as 00:04:260.

00:08:875 (28) - This one is a suggestion at best as this section already progresses due to the stream, but you should consider adding a note here to keep the same beginning progression you had in the previous measure. Some suggestions would be either placing a don here for a ddd pattern, or using the same pattern kkd that you used before at 00:06:568 (17,18,19). Personally I think kkd is the better option of the two.

00:12:798 (51) - Could possibly change this to don. It fits the pattern you've been using up to this part a bit better, not to mention you used a finisher don at 00:10:952 (41) on the same high note in the background. This change would keep it consistent with that don placement.

00:13:952 (58) - Change to a kat. While variants are nice, the music stays consistent here so I think you should keep this pattern consistent with the one you used before. Another alternative could be changing the entire 5 note section here from dkdkd to ddkkd if you really want it to be different than the previous one.

00:14:644 (62) - Change to don, same reason as 00:12:798. An alternative to this would be to make this a don finisher and remove the note directly after it.

00:18:452 (78) - Remove this note? This don feels kinda out of place.

00:26:875 (125) - Change to don. It keeps the bass beat you're doing with the don's consistent.

00:30:337 (145,146,147,148) - kd kd doesn't really fit here (as kd kd usually is used on offbeat stuff, and this isn't offbeat. Notice how your other kd uses have the d being onbeat (white ticks) unless the song itself has an offbeat beat ). Perhaps try using dd dd here as an alternative pattern.

00:34:029 (169,170,171,172) - This section could go really well with a dd dd pattern. It fits the background beat so much better than dk kk in my opinion.

00:35:414 (177,178) - This was a perfect use of kd on an offbeat, as the song's actual beat is landing on the offbeat. Use kd like this more often!

00:38:183 (194) - If you applied the mod at 00:34:029, change this to a don as well

00:39:221 (200) - If you applied the above mod, change this to a don as well

00:40:837 (206) - A don could work rather well here, working with the variant you're using but still keeping that steady bass sound.

00:41:760 (212) - If you applied 00:34:029, you need to put a don here as well to keep consistency.

00:43:144 (220,221) - In this particular case you want the k to be on the white tick as it's consistent with what you had at 00:41:414.

00:43:491 (222,223,224) - dkd works better here as again, it keeps the bass beat consistent. As an alternative, did you try ddd here? It works really well when you have a kat on 00:43:952.

00:43:952 (225) - You want this to be a kat, as it's consistent with 00:42:106.

Whatever changes were applied to 00:40:491 (204,205,206,207,208,209,210,211,212,213,214) should be applied to 00:44:183 (226,227,228,229,230,231,232,233,234,235,236).

From 00:53:414 to 01:02:414 there are a LOT of finishers in the background. I don't usually make a big deal out of finishers but this section really sounds like it should have more than it does. Perhaps take a look at the patterns and apply some finishers where you see fit. As a note, all the finishers I hear are on these times: 00:53:414 - 00:54:337 - 00:55:260 - 00:56:183 - 00:57:106 - 00:58:952 - 00:59:298 - 00:59:644 - 00:59:991 - 01:00:337 - 01:00:798 - 01:01:952 - 01:02:183 -

01:06:683 (354) - Change to don. This kat seems kinda out of place.

01:06:798 (355) - A kat does work here however, if you change the kat in the above mod to a don, then change this to a kat.

01:07:375 (360) - and 01:07:952 (365) - Change to kat for these. It makes the stream flow sooooooo much better.

01:10:837 (390,391,392,393,394,395,396,397,398) - Try kkkdkkdkk here. This is mostly a matter of preference, but it works really well, and if you applied the above three mods, then it makes it consistent too!

01:20:481 to the End - This was already mentioned to be pretty random (at least I think this part was), so I don't need to say much on this. Instead, I'll just agree with what wmf and lizbeth already said. I mean, it works, don't get me wrong, but its a little confusing at times.

01:38:621 (209) - This note needs to be deleted. While it does fit the music, going from a 1/4 stream to a 1/6 triplet into a small 1/3 stream is confusing as hell, especially when it could just be made into something simpler that fits the difficulty of the song, such as 1/4 stream into a small 1/3 stream.

Final comments: The taiko's pretty fun to play, but isn't very consistent throughout, even when the song itself is going through repeating patterns. While you don't need to have everything be literally the same, you should still put some effort into making the map consistent and flow well.
