OD 8 and HP 8 is too high for a hard. It's also bad since the difficulty setting is too far from the normal.

01:56:993 (3) - remove clap in the middle tick because the accent at the last is stronger than the middle ones.
pretty awesome hitsound, just make sure you're doing in same thing in the first half and the second half of the song in the sense that that're pretty similar. Another thought is that consecutive claps are sometimes a bit too loud even they are 1/1 separated like 02:03:709 (2,3) - , and one of the possible solution is to remove hitsound and let highlight the beat from the music, or you may want to make claps even softer.

Similarly the difficulty setting here is too low.
00:07:515 (4) - There's no accent at the end so remove the finish.
00:25:873 (3) - you may need a clap (the whistle sound) in the beginning as indicated by the music.
00:44:903 - feel empty here especially you placed (2,3) like with a 1/2 separation only.
00:59:679 (4) - since you used a quite strong clapping in this section better extend one more tick and fit the music better. Remember to delay the spinner as well.

01:37:291 (3) - Potentially a problem making slider. I just can't determine whether they cross over or is a V shaped one (even the error circle is large enough), and it'll be confusing for newbies, so better change it.

I would remove Reisen Udongein from the Tags, since he "only" provided Hitsoundsamples.
Maybe add a blank .wav file and name it "normal-sliderslide.wav" since I think the sliderslide on normal sample is way too loud and disturbing.

Reduce Vol. in all normal-sample sections by 5% (the normal sample is alot louder than the soft one so you should use a lower vol. The normal sample is still louder but not that disturbingly loud then)
00:08:859 (5) - looks better if you delete 3rd and 8th waypoint IMO

00:44:903 - I would add a note with clap here, it would fit the rhythm very well ;)

  2. 00:06:844 (2) - (optional) On this, how about moving (2) a bit downward so (1,2,3) will form an arc? Looks fancier this way imo (you might want to move (1) a bit to the upper-right as well)
  3. 00:07:515 (4) - I don't think discontinuing the clap here sounds good... Maybe put claps on slider's start and end as well? xD
  4. 00:14:679 (2) - Here also, add clap on slider's start also? The music's pitch goes high here :3
  5. 00:17:590 (1) - (optional) Move to ~x:368 y:244? imo (1,2) will flow better if you don't force (1) to be placed vertically with (4) >_<
