Is there anyway I can change my name for free because I don't have any spare money to buy osu!supporter and I chose this name because I thought I'd probably stop playing this after a while but oh boy was I wrong haha.

Only if it's a minor change or capitalization / spacing change.

If you want a major change, you will need supporter or get someone to gift you supporter. Don't go around begging for it though.
