The Artist is Misato Aki.
I am the supporter for 'firstname surname' format with Eastern artists and we got a thread about that t/56767. I thought it's closed and the rule was changed :/
also here's the booklet, not the song from but it really says.

taiko还可以，我自己认为这首歌不能再提升难度。话说现在taiko也要求最少2难度了...

02:11:460 (2,3) - 2给末尾消音并在02:12:317加个note 或者加长半拍；3缩短半拍，从02:12:746开始

另外，惊讶地发现你的整个Easy没有一个Kiai Time. 是不会加么？

后面的就以后再Mod吧……但是你的歌好像听起来怪怪的，应该还有好多是没对准音的，可以考虑这样做：在Option里面把SFX调到50%以下，音乐100%，然后打开图，按F5，再开Auto，来听听试试。
