I checked the timing, and I think that Offset 7854 is just as good as 18233.
And about your BG problem try to full submit it again, the thumbnail will be fixed after awhile.

    And there's a lack of hitsounds in this difficulty. That's how I map. I don't add the hitsounds until I first finish mapping the actual song. I tend to forget at times whether I added them or not XD. I added them now so fixed.
