Problem details: So I am making a map and I wanna add a background to it, but when I add there background it says
An Error occured while adding this file
What should I do?? PS : The picture is JPEG File is it good,or it needs to be a JPG file?

Try to use PNG images. If you can't open the jpg with photoshop there's a problem with your image.

I'm not sure where they mentioned photoshop. Though this could be an issue with the image they are trying to use, you should be able to use jpg/jpeg images, backgrounds are not limited to png.
