OK here we go. I guess this should be able to be ranked.
Compress video down to make the beatmap 20 MB if you can.

Beats seem a bit overpowering... could you lower the audio sample? Also, offset is bad for me. 1,247 (-15) seems appropriate. Aside from that, all looks well. Change = Bubble.
