Definitely Pokémon. It may not be the 'most' amount of times I've re-watched the whole thing (seriously almost 900 eps now) but I can easily put it on the most amount of time spent rewatching. I used to watch my VHS recordings like Disney movies when I was a kid.

Tbh I have never completely rewatched an anime so far. I mean why rewatch them if you can just start a new one?(since I still have like thousand of anime on my to watch list)

I don't typically re-watch anime, but I've watched Kill la Kill and Gurren Lagann 3 times and the whole monogatari series twice. Oh, and Redline 3 times, as well.

While I don't watch that much anime (I do read shitload of manga though) I've re-watched 12 kingdoms 3 times.
Dragon Ball Z, it's aired on TV and once it's done they'll re-air it again from the start. Watched it almost 10 times.
Slam Dunk, same reason and rewatched it almost 5 times.
