To me it has to be Higurashi. I kept putting it off to watch other animes and usually forgot the last episode i saw so i'd be stuck rewatching it again since season one. Funny thing is i watched the Higurashi OVA's Rei&Kira fully and yet i haven't even finished Kai yet. 
Ristorante Paradiso. Watched it about 4 times. It's the only anime that relaxes me.
