Death Note=8 times as to date. Also read the manga obsessively.
I've also seen Yu Yu Hakusho about 4 times now. Unfortunately it's way too long for me to rerun all the time.

I have watched the Fullmetal Alchemist series over and over again. It's a really good series.

I think the only time I rewatched a serie was with Ookamikakushi, and not because it was particulary good at all, I was bored, and the thing was... well, there.
